Central Monterrico Student House is the ideal accommodation for Peruvian and international students located at a 5-minute walking distance from UPC and ESAN and at a 10-minute distance from Centrum, Universidad de Lima and the USA Embassy.

Lima has extreme traffic congestion.  We highly recommend  staying nearby your university campus and avoid losing hours of your time in unnecessary commute.

We offer our guests modern fully furnished rooms with private bathrooms and shared kitchens.

Our main purpose is to provide the best environment to help students succeed academically and achieve their goals while providing a safe, quiet and nice environment near the university campus.
